These terms are the ground rules for using AI Gym Coach. They are written to be readable — not to win a prize for length. If something here conflicts with a mandatory rule in your country, the mandatory rule wins.
Agreement
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
What you receive
AI Gym Coach generates workout-style content based on your inputs (for example goals, body areas, intensity, equipment). Output is informational and motivational in nature. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional advice when you have injuries, conditions, or doubts.
Health and safety
You are responsible for judging whether an exercise is appropriate for you. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, or anything that feels wrong. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing cardiovascular or metabolic conditions, speak with a qualified professional before relying on any automated plan.
AI content (OpenAI API)
Some content is produced with OpenAI technology. AI can be useful and surprisingly thoughtful — and it can still be wrong in edge cases. Treat suggestions as a starting point; adjust for your body and context. OpenAI’s terms apply to their service layer in addition to ours.
Notifications (OneSignal)
If you enable notifications, we may use OneSignal to deliver them. You can change notification permissions in your device settings. Delivery may rely on a pseudonymous identifier so the right install gets the message — not so we can print your name on a billboard.
No user-to-user data passing
The product is not designed as a social network or messaging layer between users. Do not treat the app as a way to exchange personal data with strangers — that is outside what we intend to support.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
- Do not scrape or systematically harvest content in bulk without permission.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, and original materials belong to Ultra mega globo corp ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app as intended — not to copy its assets into a competing storefront.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated workout will be perfect for every person on every day.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra mega globo corp ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example in some jurisdictions regarding death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will move when we do. Material changes deserve a fair heads-up — we will not hide them in microscopic type.
